EXORCISM recently announced to re-release their critically acclaimed debut album “I AM GOD” on February 13. 2016 that was taken off the market due to a legal dispute.

With a brand new 2016 mix and mastering made by CSABA ZVEKAN straight from the metal factory the TOTAL MASTER SOUND STUDIOS in Switzerland. A total of 13 songs with the original 10 tracks plus 3 additional bonus tracks from the same era of recording making this a "must have” for the fans of heavy and doom. As most of my music friends have been wondering what I have been up to musically lately I would like to officially announce that I have joined California Bay Area band KILL RITUAL! — I will be joining as 2nd lead guitarist along with being a songwriter in future recordings.

KILL RITUAL is led by amazing guitarist/songwriter Steven D. Rice and powerhouse vocalist David Reed Watson. Steven has a long established history in Bay Area and in 2015 released the new CD “Karma Machine” along with the video below that was mixed/mastered by guitar legend, King Diamond member, Andy LaRocque at his Sonic Train Studios.

Debut show is NAMM Week Friday January 22nd at Malone’s in California followed by a spring tour starting February 29th.I feel privileged edged to be working with these professionals and am looking forward to exciting musical times.

4th Power Theory news - Feb 2015

Power Theory Updates  Philadelphia Based Pure Steel Records artists , Power Theory are in the middle stages of the final recordings for their third release entitled "Driven by Fear." The Final recording sessions have begun at Dirty Viking Audio Production Professional Services, with "The Dirty Viking" Carlos Alvarez at the controls.  Carlos has completed his work on two killer new metal albums by Noble Beast and Judicator. Drum tracks  are completed and Rhythm Guitar tracking will be completed by mid month as well. The bands traditional heavy metal style is influenced by Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Accept, and Saxon with a modern twist. Pure Steel Records Artist, Power Theory from Philadelphia, PA  are very pleased to announce Jeff Rose  (Livesay, Present Darkness), from NYC as new Lead Vocalist and member. " I have followed Jeff from the NY/Phila Metal scene for a few years now and we have mutual friends in the scene, Jeff contacted us via our publicist Susi "Rocket Queen" Mueller " said guitarist Bob Ballinger.
 

"We had a few really talented vocalists contact us about the open position over the last few weeks but Jeff stood out the most with his detailed breakdown of the material we asked him to learn and constant communication, and he basically nailed our live set in 6 days." "Ballinger added "Jeff brings a new dimension to the band with his power and range."
 

Now with Jeff Rose on Vocals and Nygil Hoch on Lead Guitar, Power Theory presently has the strongest line-up since its creation and will play a warm-up show at Mojo 13 in Claymont, Delaware with Pure Steel label mates Widow on June 22nd for Warriors of Metal VI Open Air, Warriors of Metal IV open Air on June 29th.

Metal guitar legend Chris Poland (ex Megadeth / OHM) has contributed a guest guitar solo to the new album Belt Buckles and Brass Knuckles, from popular Nashville based rock band Moccasin Creek.  Poland plays lead on the hard driving track “Only Warning,” which is scheduled to be one of the singles off the album.

Moccasin Creek have taken the rock underground by storm, releasing three full length albums in less than two years.  The band has close ties to the heavy metal world, with previous albums having guest appearances from Glen Alvelais (Testament / Forbidden) and Tom Klimchuck (Pro-Pain), and Klimchuck handling mixing duties for all Moccasin Creek recordings.

Moccasin Creek guitarist Charlie Bonnet III spent many years as part of the Tennessee based metal band Disarray, and now serves as co-manager for the career of metal legend Steve ‘Zetro’ Souza (Exodus / Hatriot).  Belt Buckles and Brass Knuckles is available now on iTunes.
