Introducing Sacrilege (NWOBHM) to the family
Sacrilege (NWOBHM)
Biography
Founder member Bill Beadle Lead Vocalist/Guitarist and band songwriter formed Sacrilege in 1982/83 with best friend Alex Cookson. After advertising in Melody Maker they were joined by Rick Burgess on Drums and Steve Barrs on Bass. The Band Recorded 4 tracks for a Demo in 1983. They were then billed as best new band of 1983 and appeared on Television on the 6 episode David Jensen shows which on their week also featured The Stranglers and U2. From the TV appearance followed a UK tour of smaller venues finishing with a gig at London’s Marquee. Sacrilege were then asked to play on John Glovers Street-Tunes label which was to be a compilation album featuring other bands such as Saxon, Iron Maiden, Def Leppard, Black Alice and a few more bands that were being Billed under the banner “New Wave Of British Heavy metal”. Unfortunately this got cancelled at the last moment when one of John Glovers other bands, Go West, got a Number one hit and all monies were put into promoting them and the album was sadly put on the back burner
In 1983 Sacrilege Recorded the Gates Of Hell Album, which at the time was classed as a Demo. Sacrilege had a line up change Late in 1984 and were joined by Max Chan (Bass) and Steve On (Drums) In that year they made their second Demo.
This era of Sacrilege ended when Bill stopped playing for about 25 years between 1987 and 2012 after getting disillusioned with a number of things and decided to raise a family.
In 2007 Bill decided to rerecord the old Sacrilege songs and write and record new material. Guitarist Pekka Loikkenan put the solo’s to Bills new work. In 2007 the album Sacrilege was released. Sacrilege were back and sounding great. In 2011 Bill wrote The Album The Wraith which is a soundtrack album based on the TV Series Stargate Atlantis, this album featured Neil Abnett on Lead, Neil was so Impressed with all the Sacrilege music he persuaded Bill to play Live again. Sacrilege made their return to the stage on 25th October 2012 with new band members and keeping their theatrical stage show that they we known for in the 80s. In 2013 Sacrilege released Sacrosanct. After a few band member changes trying to find the right combination Bill met with Neil Turnbull who was in NWOBHM band Dervish in the 80s and struck up a great friendship sharing the same vision to take Sacrilege forward. Now joined by Jeff Rolland on Bass and Eddie Webb on Lead Guitar Sacrilege are back for good.
In 2015 German Label Pure Steel Records Signed Sacrilege for a two album deal it comprised of a compilation of their first 5 albums called Ashes to ashes plus a brand new album called six6six. The two albums have received much worldwide critical acclaim; this has enabled Sacrilege to play to the large audiences they once enjoyed in the 80s. They are playing in Europe with the likes of Onslaught and Hell and are planning many more dates at venues and festivals in various European countries, last year they Played the Malta Metal fest where they were vote band of the festival.
In such a short space of time since the band’s comeback they have signed a record deal and accumulated fans worldwide. The Band have now racked up over 44,000 plays on their Reverbnation site. With a new album scheduled for release in 2018/9. Sacrilege have risen from their own ashes to become a force to be reckoned with.
They oozed everything a great rock band is about from their aura, stage set, music, and the way they delivered their songs. - Dafty News

Introducing Leftover Bullets - welcome to the team
Leftover Bullets
The Hard Rockers from Thessaloniki have been presenting to us their proposal carrying with them dirt, vagrancy and wildness since the summer of '13. Inspired by the music and the attitude of the hard n heavy decade 85-95 they shoot with their “Leftover Bullets” to kill in our decade.
THE NAME
The 5 member band came together when a wave of young people started leaving Greece. According to them “We were looking at our friends leaving one after another and us left behind. But we are bullets..”
THE MUSIC
An electrified field stepping on Hard Rock, close to Heavy whilst playing with Punk played with Plug and Play leaving out all sound effects.
THE LYRICS
Clearly angry with everything going on but not avoiding to dig deep in the feelings with a hint of philosophy.
THE HISTORY
During the summer of '15, they recorded their very first song “80’s Child” together with a lyric video which came to knowledge of Miltos Karatzas and his company FINAL TOUCH – THE LABEL. This lead to a 2 year contract. The song “80’s Child” was released on May'16, through the company as the first single of their debut album “Virtue & Vice” which released on November 30 together with the second single “While I’m on the round” with a video clip. "Might be miles way" was another song from the album that became their second video clip wich was released in January '17 and the third and fourth ones were published the same year under the titles "Virgin Queen" and "Feeding the Flame". The summer of '18 found the band in the studio preparing their second album, while they are in search of a new label. In December '18, "Confused" was released as the first video clip of their upcoming album. Through their 5 years of existence they count numerous appearances mostly in Thessaloniki, Athens, some participations in festivals and exclusive gigs. Besides the Bass player who was added to the band on March 2016, the last addition was the rythm guitarist who joined in on summer of '18. All the rest members have been together since the very beginning – exception is the drummer who replaced the first one before the band took its final form.

Biography
MILLENNIUM was formed in 1982 by Mark Duffy (vocals) and Pete McArdle (guitar). They recruited Steve Mennell (drums) Dave Price (bass) and Dave Merrington (guitar). The band recorded their first demo in July 1982 at Guardian Studios the demo contained two songs Magic Mirror and I'm on Fire. Later that year they went on to record a second demo again at Guardian studios the band recorded three songs Steal your Heart, Rock was meant for me and Nightmare (which later became The Devil Rides Out). In 1983 Guardian records released a compilation album featuring Millennium, Spartan Warrior, Tokyo Rose, Risk and Incubus. The album contained three Millennium demo tracks Magic Mirror, Steal Your Heart and Rock was meant for me. In July 1983 Millennium started recording their debut album again at Guardian Studios. The band released their debut album in 1984 on the Guardian Record label to much critical acclaim. Unfortunately Dave Merrington decided to leave the band. Millennium soon recruited local guitarist Mike Muskett a former member of the band Skitzofrenik . The band recorded a number of demos between 1985 - 1988 and disbanded in June 1988. Vocalist Mark Duffy went on to join Thrash Metallers TORANAGA releasing albums through Peaceville records and Chrysalis records. In 2014 No Remorse Records re released Millennium's debut album followed by a second album released in 2016 titled "Caught in a Warzone" this album was made up from recordings the band made throughout 1985.
RECENT HISTORY
In 2015 Mark responded to an advert that Will Philpot had posted looking for like-minded individuals to form a Metal band. The idea of resurrecting Mark's NWOBHM band Millennium seemed an obvious course as Mark had always felt that this chapter of Metal history was not yet over. Original members were contacted and drummer Steve Mennell and guitarist Dave Hardy were on board along with new bass player Andy Fisher. Rehearsals and gigs followed with a great response to the live appearances at Brofest, Live Evil and Mearfest. During this time Will and Mark had been demoing new material that they had written. Sadly, ill health and other commitments meant the loss of Steve and Dave. In February 2017 the band, including new drummer Darren Moore (previously in Millennium from 1987 - 1988) travelled to Coach House Studios in France to record their new album, mixing the album at Ritual Studios in Darlington UK, the band are ready to unleash "AWAKENING", a combination of NWOBHM riffage, Heavy Metal ideals and a lyrical call to arms. Welcome to the new Millennium!

Vocalist Mark Duffy went on to join Thrash Metallers TORANAGA releasing albums through Peaceville records and Chrysalis records. In 2014 No Remorse Records re released Millennium's debut album followed by a second album released in 2016 titled "Caught in a Warzone" this album was made up from recordings the band made throughout 1985.
RECENT HISTORY
In 2015 Mark responded to an advert that Will Philpot had posted looking for like-minded individuals to form a Metal band. The idea of resurrecting Mark's NWOBHM band Millennium seemed an obvious course as Mark had always felt that this chapter of Metal history was not yet over. Original members were contacted and drummer Steve Mennell and guitarist Dave Hardy were on board along with new bass player Andy Fisher. Rehearsals and gigs followed with a great response to the live appearances at Brofest, Live Evil and Mearfest. During this time Will and Mark had been demoing new material that they had written. Sadly, ill health and other commitments meant the loss of Steve and Dave. In February 2017 the band, including new drummer Darren Moore (previously in Millennium from 1987 - 1988) travelled to Coach House Studios in France to record their new album, mixing the album at Ritual Studios in Darlington UK, the band are ready to unleash "AWAKENING", a combination of NWOBHM riffage, Heavy Metal ideals and a lyrical call to arms. Welcome to the new Millennium!
