Philadelphia`s up and coming power metal band POWER THEORY have just released their second album “AN AXE TO GRIND” on the german record label “ Pure Steel Records”. The album consisting of nine songs and mastered by Rocco Stellmacher. The coverartwork was done by the well-known artist Eliran Kantor who already did covers for Testament, Atheist, Sodom, Gwar, etc.……
